| Objectives: | To enhance the capacities of Fier RC Development office to monitor the progress of RDS. To enhance the capacities of RC to coordinate and undertake capacity building activities for LG units. To support and enhance the capacities of RC to prepare the RDS progress report. |
| Description: | The project aims to establish a Monitoring and Evaluation Capacity within the Regional Council of Fier as well as continued capacity building for civil servants working at the Regional council and other local government units. The development objective of the project is to increase the capacities of Regional Council of Fier to implement and monitor the Regional Development strategy. The project primarily focuses on establishing mechanisms and tools that will enable the Regional Council to monitor the progress of RDS implementation and to support and facilitate development efforts of LGs in the region. |
