| Objective: | The development objective of this project is to ensure environmental sustainable development in Albania and the preservation of its environmental and cultural heritage by strengthening the capacities the local government authorities in the selected regions of Albania. |
| Description: | The project will be focused on the development as a guide line compatible with the countries extraordinary environmental and historical heritage, developing the capacities of the local government authorities and identifying priorities projects in the selected pilot areas which are of paramount importance to the environmental compatible development and preservation of architectural heritage of Albania. |
